  1. Zucchini

1 cup of zucchini contains 90% water content and 1g of fiber. This vegetable also contains vitamin C, which is needed for the healthy functioning of all systems of the body, including blood vessel walls. Vitamin C is essential to the growth of healthy skin, hair, cartilage, bones, and teeth. It also helps to maintain the correct levels of fluid in the soft tissue throughout the body.

Tomatoes have an amazing nutrition profile and can provide various health benefits. One medium tomato provides half a cup of water. It also provides a significant amount of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A and C. Moreover, tomatoes are rich in antioxidants and fiber. You can enjoy tomatoes  with sauces, soups, vegetables, and add to salad.

One particular food that should definitely be included in any hydrating foods list is cucumbers. Cucumbers contain a great deal of water content, which makes them a great source of hydrating the body. Cucumbers contain potassium, sodium, sulfur, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, zinc, iron, copper, thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, and potassium. All of those serve different purposes in your body, so there is really no reason not to include this vegetable on your list.

The fourth ingredient on the list of foods that should be added to the hydrating foods list is yogurt. Yogurt contains a good amount of water and nutrients that can improve your health. Besides this, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus, all are known to help promote bone health. Yogurt is also considered a great source of protein, delivering more than 8g of protein in a cup. So, instead of going for those supplements like protein shakes, l-arginine etc, invest in natural healthy foods to meet our body goals.

It is one of the famous summer fruits that is sweet and refreshing. It is nutrient dense and hydrating fruit that offer various health benefits. Watermelon is loaded with powerful antioxidants, such as lycopene. This compound is known to reduce oxidative damage. You can eat this fruit as a snack or add it to your salad for a refreshing and sweet twist.
