This vegetable also contains vitamin C, which is needed for the healthy functioning of all systems of the body, including blood vessel walls. It also provides a significant amount of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A and C. Moreover, tomatoes are rich in antioxidants and fiber. The fourth ingredient on the list of foods that should be added to the hydrating foods list is yogurt. Yogurt contains a good amount of water and nutrients that can improve your health. Besides this, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus, all are known to help promote bone health. Yogurt is also considered a great source of protein, delivering more than 8g of protein in a cup. So, instead of going for those supplements like protein shakes, l-arginine etc, invest in natural healthy foods to meet our body goals. 

  1. Watermelon

It is one of the famous summer fruits that is sweet and refreshing. It is nutrient dense and hydrating fruit that offer various health benefits. Watermelon is loaded with powerful antioxidants, such as lycopene. This compound is known to reduce oxidative damage. You can eat this fruit as a snack or add it to your salad for a refreshing and sweet twist.
